Appointments
To make an appointment please call our office at (310) 337-7171. Although we will make every effort to accommodate our patients' busy schedules, we ask that routine appointments and checkups be scheduled at least two weeks in advance.

Cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.

Health Insurance
Our office participates with most insurance plans and we are able to bill most insurances. Covered procedures vary with each insurance company. If you have a specific concern regarding your coverage, you may contact our office at (310) 337-7171 to help determine eligibility, however contacting your insurance company is the most assured way of checking this information. Patients are responsible for deductibles, co-payments and remaining balances. Please remember that many insurance plans require a referral from the Primary Care Physician. You may contact your insurance company to inquire about your plan.

Financial Informaiton
Co-payments and co-insurances are due at the time services are rendered. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, insurance assignment and the following credit cards:
